Amoco - gasoline

San Juan Citizens Alliance

Amoco's drilling in Southwest Colorado tainted the groundwater.

 

Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) - gasoline

Project Maje

ARCO does business in Burma, and thus supports the brutal repression of the Burmese people.

 

Bovine Growth Hormone (synthetic rBGH) - American Home Products, Bordens, Danon, Haagen Dazs, Kraft, Land O'Lakes, McDonald's, National Dairy Board, Nestlé’s, Carnation

The Pure Food Campaign and Food & Water

Milk and dairy products produced from cows injected with rBGH are potentially hazardous to human and animal health and to the future of small dairies.

 

China - any product made in China

Boycotting all products from China is a way to protest the ongoing human rights abuses being committed by the Chinese government.

The Company conducts unfair labor practices.

Workers were not adequately compensated for job loss when the San Antonio factory relocated to Costa Rica (Thank you NAFTA).
